Many of the photos are of The Patriot Guard, an organization which I am proud to be a part of. The Patriot Guard are a
group of motorcyclists and enthusiasts who gather to honor our fallen heroes, their wives, families and communities;
and to shield the mourning family and friends from interruptions created by any protester or group of protesters. The
perform a great service to this country. I am also providing a link to the Patriot Guard following these photos.
As promised, here is the link to The Patriot Guard website. Also, for more photos, be sure to read my blog entry

The special hearse was
provided by Midwest Iron Horse,
Inc. of Streator, Illinois. Here is a

I don't think there was anywhere
along the procession route that
was empty of people or flags.
The procession went
underneath this huge flag at
Desloge, SSG Deason's
hometown.
The Patriot Guard provided
escort the entire route, around
the hearse, the family, and
friends.
The Park Hills Boy Scouts put
out over 30 flags on Highway 8;
and many people brought their
own flags, all lining the 26-mile
route to the cemetery. Someone
told me that Wal-Mart sold
completely out of flags that
weekend.
